Design & Concept Development

Every product begins with a creative vision. Our design team conducts in-depth trend research and market analysis to develop concepts that blend tradition with contemporary style. Detailed sketches and CAD renderings are created, followed by thoughtful material selection. This phase includes prototyping and refining samples until the final design is approved for production.

Fabric Sourcing & Preparation

We source premium fabrics and raw materials from trusted suppliers to ensure durability and aesthetic appeal. Each batch of fabric is carefully inspected for consistency, color accuracy, and defects. Depending on the product, the fabric may undergo pre-washing or treatment processes to maintain texture and shape throughout its lifecycle.

Embellishment & Embroidery

This is where artistry meets craftsmanship. Depending on the design, items are hand-embellished with embroidery, block prints, appliqué work, beadwork, or mirror detailing. Each decorative element is applied with care and precision, adding uniqueness and character to every piece. Quality checks are embedded into this stage to ensure design fidelity.

Stitching & Assembly

All fabric components are stitched together using industry-standard sewing techniques, ensuring strength and neatness. Quilts are layered and quilted; pillows are filled; and decorative items are assembled with added trims, fasteners, or attachments. The assembly process respects the integrity of handmade techniques while ensuring structural durability.

Finishing

After stitching, each item goes through detailed finishing. This includes thread trimming, ironing or pressing, hemming edges, and adding final touches like tassels or piping. Items are then labeled with brand tags, size indicators, and care instructions. This stage ensures the product is presentation-ready and reflects our quality standards.

Quality Assurance

Before moving to packing & dispatch, each product undergoes thorough inspection. Visual checks are done to detect stitching flaws, embellishment issues, or measurement inconsistencies. Functional elements like zippers or buttons are tested. Only products that meet our strict criteria are cleared for final packaging and dispatch.
